Job Title: Advancement Coordinator
Reports to: Executive Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/ Part-time 20hrs/week.
Advancement Coordinator works with the Executive Director to plan, organize, and direct all new and ongoing fundraising events while building new and maintaining old relationships for the organization. Assist the Executive Director to maintain donor and patient marketing outlets such as the website, social media, print advertising, online advertising, search engine optimization, etc.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, patients, customers, and the public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Should have knowledge of Photoshop and/or similar creative design platforms; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Job Title: Medical Receptionist
Reports To: Executive Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/ 20 hours per week.
Medical Receptionist ensures that all aspects of the front office follow the medical standards set forth by organization pertaining to quality care and service.
A.A. (Associate Degree) or combination or education and experience.
Should have knowledge of Database software; Human Resource systems; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Will also possess working knowledge of practice management software and other software used by Practice.
Current CPR Certification recommended.
Job Title: Nurse Manager, Infection Control and Prevention Officer
Reports To: Executive Director and Medical Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/20 hours per week.
Manages, supervises, and coordinates the operations of the medical department of the pregnancy medical center by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors following the ANA Code of Ethics.
Responsible for the effective direction, management and operation of the infection control and prevention program of all personnel including education. The responsibilities encompass compliance with AAAHC standards, OSHA and state regulations.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification from a recognized Ultrasound Training Program based on AWHONN guidelines.
