Donna Feamster has lived in Shasta County since 1974.  She has had a well- rounded career in real estate, finance and hospital chaplaincy.  Her most treasured role is being a mother to her four sons and a grandmother to her thirteen grandchildren who bring her endless joy.  On account of the early death of her father and sister, Donna treasures life all the more.  Her goal is to live each day to the fullest, serving God as He leads and wills.  Donna has a rich history of serving at Care Net for over eight years doing fund development and volunteer work. She brings expertise from a ministry perspective as well as a business perspective.  Along with her passion for writing, Donna loves the outdoors and country living.

Charity Reed Osorio

Charity Reed Osorio has worked Texas state political campaigns and in the Texas House of Representatives.  She has also served in several nonprofits both domestically and internationally.  She holds a degree in social science and history and is fluent in Spanish.  She and her South American husband recently moved back to Redding after spending five years in Ecuador where they owned and operated small businesses, including the innovative language school that Charity still oversees. Charity is extremely passionate about women stepping into the fullness of what God had in mind when He created women. She believes that women carry the solution to many world problems and that the affront on women and their unborn babies marks one of the most crucial areas in which women need to be reminded of who they really are;  bearers and protectors of life.   Charity has a son and a new baby daughter soon to be born.

Rachel Pilli

Rachel Jyothi was born and raised in South India, but ten years ago moved to the USA after marrying her husband who works locally in Redding.  Her cultural exposure from living in different countries has shaped her understanding, especially regarding women & men.  She is a small business owner and the mother of three young children. She has two earned Master's degrees:  one in Biochemistry and one in Intellectual Leadership.  She loves to merge molecular science with faith and reason, yet her mission is to get people to the place where they open themselves to God.   Thus Rachel feels fully alive when she is helping others to find courage and to navigate their rough seas.  She feels honored to serve the vulnerable in our community through the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Northern California.
